Raymond G. Bud Driver Obituary (1930 - 2007)

Raymond G. "Bud" Driver, 76, of Taylorville, IL died at 11:44 am Monday, April 09, 2007 at his residence. He was born June 19, 1930 in Springfield, IL the son of Charles and Gladys Rice Driver. Mr. Driver was a retired Christian County Sheriff's Deputy, member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council 2120, a Navy Veteran of World War II and a member of V.F.W. Post 4495 in Taylorville. Surviving are his sons: Ronald Ray Driver and Douglas Alan Driver both of Taylorville, and a daughter Lisa Jo Driver of Taylorville. Also surviving are a brother Michael Driver and Dee Dee Niekes. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Jim Driver. Memorial services will be held at a later date. His body was donated to medical science. McClure Funeral Home, Taylorville, IL is handling arrangements.
