Mildred Marie Law Obituary (1922 - 2007)

Mildred Marie Law, 85, of Park Forest, IL died at 12:10 pm Thursday, December 13, 2007 at Manor Care of South Holland, South Holland, IL. She was born January 17, 1922 in Lucas, Iowa, the daughter of George Fielding and Ethel Virginia Wilson Goben. On June 4, 1951 she married Ivan J. Law in Newton, IA. Mrs. Law was a member of the Grace United Protestant Church in Park Forest, and had been a bookkeeper for and insurance company and a secretary for a book publishing company. Surviving are her husband Ivan J. Law of Park Forest, IL; Daughters: Teresa Law of Sunnyvale, CA and Marie Law of S. Chicago Heights, IL and a sister, Myrtle Hatfield of Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at McClure Funeral Home, Taylorville. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until time of service in the funeral home on Tuesday. Burial will be in Owaneco Cemetery, Owaneco, IL.
