Marcia Jo Powers Obituary (1949 - 2008)

Marcia Jo Powers, 59, of Taylorville died at 2:10pm Tuesday September 9, 20008 at Taylorville Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Powers was born February 16, 1949 in Taylorville, the daughter of W.E. and Lorraine Jones Wilkinson. She was a social member of the Knights of Columbus hall. She is survived by sons; Robert L. Foor Jr., wife Lorrie, Brian Foor, wife Melinda, Brad Hunsley, Bret Hunsley, Travis Foor, and daughter; Debra Woods, companion Jon Higgason all of Taylorville; Sister Judy Vatthauer, husband Robert of Moweaqua; 12 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, and 2 nephews. A Memorial Service for Mrs. Powers will be held Friday September 12, 2008 at 4:00 pm in the First Baptist Church in Taylorville. Inurnment will take place in the Edinburg Cemetery at a later date. McClure Funeral Home and Cremation Services is handling the arrangements.
