Joel Allen Animal Millman Obituary (1952 - 2004)

Joel Allen "Animal" Millman, 52, of Taylorville, IL died at 5:45 PM Thursday, November 11, 2004 at St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, IL. He was born July 3, 1952 in Taylorville, IL the son of Jack E. and Edna Marie Ashinhurst Millman. He was formerly employed by Borg-Warner in Decatur, IL, a window installer for J.J. Grundy in Springfield, and most recently as parts manager for Pryco Manufacturing in Mechanicsburg, IL. He was a 1971 graduate of Southfork High School. Surviving are his Son: Joshua Ray Allen Millman of Mindleville, LA, Step-daughters: Megan Lerette and Melissa Lerette both of Pendergrass, GA; Mother: Marie Millman of Taylorville, IL; Brother: Eric L. Millman and wife Cheryl of Chaska, MN Sister: Jodi Heberling and husband Marian of Owaneco Nieces and nephews: Chad Millman and wife Norma; Doug Millman, Matthew Heberling and Amy Heberling. He was preceded in death by his father and one nephew Gabriel Heberling. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Sunday, November 14, 2004 at McClure Funeral Home, Taylorville, IL. Burial will be in Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm Saturday in the funeral home.
