Henry D. Cebulski Obituary (1925 - 2010)

Henry D. Cebulski, 85, of Taylorville, IL died at 10:01 pm Monday, November 22, 2010 at Taylorville Memorial Hospital. He was born August 25, 1925 in Georgetown, IL the son of Tony and Sophia Cebulski. On March 26, 1948 he married June Lanter in Catlin, IL. Mr. Cebulski was a coal miner retiring from Peabody Coal Company Mine #10. For 30 years he was a Boy Scout Leader for Troop 132 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Taylorville. He was a veteran of World War II, member of V.F.W. Post 4495, and the Eagles Club, and he loved playing pinochle at the Senior Citizen's Center and an avid crappie fisherman. Surviving are his wife June of Taylorville; Son: Gregory Cebulski and wife Donna of Taylorville; Daughter: Nedra Dietz and husband John of Winter Park, FL; Granddaughter: Lisa Walker of Oconee; Great Grandchildren: Gavin Walker and Garek Walker and a Great-Great Grandchild: Campbell Walker. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 Brothers: Leo Cebulski and Roman Cebulski, and nephew Terry Cebulski Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, November 26, 2010 at McClure Funeral Home with Rev.
