Fern V. Doyle Obituary (1900 - 2002)

Fern V. Doyle, 102, of Taylorville, IL died at 5:20 pm Saturday, November 30, 2002 at St. Vincent Memorial Hospital, Taylorville, IL. She was born September 4, 1900 in Stonington, IL, the daughter of Franklin P. and Harriett Beihl Salisbury. On October 25, 1920 she married John Doyle in Stonington, IL and he preceded in death on October 23, 1975. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women of Taylorville. Surviving are numerous nieces and nephews including Tom and Wilma Letcher of Taylorville, IL. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Thursday, December 5, 2002 at McClure Funeral Home, Taylorville with Dr. Phil Icenogle officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm in the funeral home.
