Dwight Lemoyne Neece Obituary (1940 - 2011)

Dwight Lemoyne Neece, 71, of Taylorville, IL died at 6:13 pm Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at his residence. He was born March 5, 1940 in Taylorville IL the son of Dwight F. and Thelma Bethard Neece. On October 18, 1959 he married Dorothy Ann Meyer in Reno, NV. Mr. Neece was employed with logistics in transportation. He was a member of Mound Lodge #122 AF & AM and Ansar Shrine. Dwight was a veteran of the Air Force serving from 1958- 1970. He is survived by his wife: Dorothy Ann Neece of Mesquite, TX, Sons: Timothy Neece and wife Deanie of Lone Oak, TX, and Todd Neece of Oklahoma City, OK, Daughter: Troylee Warren and husband Glenn of Mesquite, TX. Sister: Pauline Curry of Taylorville. 5 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild. There are several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister Wilma Jen Waterman. There will be no visitation or services. Mr. Neece was cremated. McClure Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
