Carmen K. Bouvet Obituary (1941 - 2009)

Carmen K. Bouvet, 67, of Taylorville, died at 2:30 pm Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at Meadow Manor Nursing Home, Taylorville. He was born February 27, 1941 in Taylorville the son of Desire and Minnie McComb Bouvet. One December 29, 1976 he married Cheryl A. White in Springfield, IL. Mr. Bouvet was a carpenter working out of the Carpenter's Union Local 16 in Springfield, IL. He is survived by his wife Cheryl of Taylorville; 2 daughters: Chrystal Bouvet and Michelle Bouvet both of Taylorville; Grandaughters: Alexandra Bouvet and Mikayln Bouvet, Brother: Gene Bouvet and wife Phyllis of Tovey, sister, Marilyn Blakey and husband Don of Las Vegas, NV and sister-in-law: Darlene Bouvet of Taylorville. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sons, Rick G. Vatthauer and Jeff Vatthauer, Brother, Jack Bouvet and 4 sisters: Betty Gehrs, Norma Riva, Hattie Dulakis and Carolyn Cook. There will be no services or visitation. Mr. Bouvet will be buried in Camp Butler National Cemetery in Riverton, IL.
