Bertha Weaver, 98, of Taylorville, IL died at 4:50 pm Monday, July 18, 2005 in Taylorville Care Center, Taylorville, IL. She was born November 17, 1906 in Edina, MO the daughter of Henry and Bertha Anders Riesebieter. On December 26, 1925 she married James Edward Weaver in Hillsboro, IL and he preceded in death on December 5, 1977. Mrs. Weaver was affiliated with the United Methodist Church and was a member of the Friendly Neighbors Garden Club. Surviving are her son, Eldon Weaver and wife Pearl of Taylorville, IL, Daughter, Imogene Reilly of Huntington Beach, CA; 2 Sisters: Elsie Meyer of Warren, MI and Jeanetta Brown of Paradise, AZ. There are 5 Grandchildren: Steve Reilly of Santa Ana, CA, Mike Reilly and wife Donna of Whittier, CA, Mark Weaver and wife Donna of Effingham, IL, Jamie Weaver of Taylorville, IL and Karen Goebel and husband David of Decatur, IL. There are 10 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 granddaughter Susan Reilly, 2 sisters and 4 brothers. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 am Friday, July 22, 2005 at McClure Funeral Home, Taylorville, IL with Rev. Bill Frazier officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:0 pm - 8:00 pm Thursday, July 21, 2005 in McClure Funeral Home, Taylorville, IL
